1. Main risk factors:
- Age (unchangeable): male > 45 years old, female > 55 years old
- Family history (unchangeable): family history of early onset cardiovascular disease (male <55 years old, female <65 years old)
- Gender: male (unchangeable)
- High blood pressure: (controllable) ≤ 140/90mmHg
- Smoking: (controllable) quit smoking
- Serum total cholesterol increased: (controllable) low-fat diet, lipid-lowering drug application
- Serum low-density lipoprotein increased: (controllable) low-fat diet, lipid-lowering drug application
- Serum high-density lipoprotein decreased <1.0mmol / L: (to a certain extent controllable) increased exercise, a small amount of alcohol, statins, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.

2. Potential risk factors:
